Knola turns what someone knows into a course they can sell. They upload video, text or a PDF. Knola transcribes it, drafts the lessons, writes the quizzes and builds the sales page. Then it hosts the whole thing on their own subdomain.

Commissions follow the money. If a customer is refunded, that commission reverses. A promo code does not cut you out: a referred buyer who uses one still counts as yours, on the amount they paid.

Affiliate terms (the short version: promote honestly)
- 1. Do not buy through your own link. Buying Knola through your own affiliate link, or through a link of yours used by your business, your household, or a client you are buying for, is a self-referral. The commission is not paid and the affiliate account is closed.
- 2. No paid ads on our brand. Paid ads are fine. Bidding on our name is not. Do not bid on "Knola", "knola.ai", misspellings of them, or any phrase containing them, on any paid search or social platform, and do not use Knola in an ad’s display URL. People searching for us must land on us, not on a page that looks like us.
- 3. No negative marketing. Do not run campaigns, pages, posts or videos built on words like "scam", "rip-off", "fraud", "exposed" or "do not buy" to catch people searching for us. Honest reviews with real criticism are welcome. Fear bait is not.
- 4. Do not pretend to be Knola. No domains, social accounts, ads or pages that look like they are ours. Do not describe yourself as Knola, a Knola partner, or an official anything. Say you are an affiliate where it is relevant, as advertising rules in most countries require.
- 5. No spam and no forced clicks. No unsolicited email or direct messages, no comment spam, no bought lists. No cookie stuffing, pop-unders, iframes, redirects or extensions that set a referral without a deliberate click on your link.
- 6. Commissions follow the payment. Commissions are 30% of what the customer actually pays, for 12 months from their first payment. A refund or chargeback reverses the commission on it. Commissions are held for 30 days before they are paid out, so refunds can settle first.
- 7. We can end it at any time. If we believe you have broken any of these terms we can remove you from the programme immediately, and any unpaid commission is forfeited. We can also change the commission rate or these terms for future referrals; we will tell affiliates when we do.
