• Payment information. When you buy a plan or sell a course through Knola, payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card details; we receive limited transaction data such as the amount, status, and a payment reference.
• Usage data. Information about how you interact with the Service — pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Communications. Messages you send us, support requests, and your email preferences.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Process transcription, lesson drafting, sales-page and funnel generation, and other AI-assisted features on the content you submit;
• Process payments and deliver courses to students;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, security notices, and — where you have opted in — marketing and launch announcements;
• Understand and improve the Service through analytics and product research;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
