AI
The AI tutor now answers from your written lessons
The tutor used to learn only from uploaded video transcripts, so a written course often got “This course doesn't cover that yet”. It now reads your written lessons, your AI video narration and attached documents. If it still has nothing to learn from, the tutor card tells you what to add.
What’s changed
Before, the tutor learned only from the transcripts of videos you uploaded, and could answer nothing for most written courses. Now it learns from your written lessons, your AI video narration and attached documents too.
Who gets itPro schools
How it works
- Open a course and find AI Tutor under Course features.
- Switch it on. Knola reads every lesson in the course.
- The card shows how many of the course's lessons it has read.
- After you add or change lessons, open the card and click Re-index lessons.
Good to know
- The tutor doesn't re-read lessons by itself when you edit them. Use Re-index lessons.
- It reads an AI video's narration only when that's the video the lesson plays.
- Students' questions don't use your AI credits.
- Click Preview on the card to try the tutor as a student would.
