Students stay on your own domain

If your Pro school has its own domain, students now stay on it after checkout, sign-up and sign-out, and arrive signed in. Emails about access, downloads and answered questions link to your domain too, and Google sign-in works there.

What’s changed

Before, students on your own domain were often sent back to your knola.ai address after paying or signing up, and arrived signed out. Now they come back to your domain, signed in, and the links in their emails point there too.

How it works

1. Go to Settings ▸ General and, under Your domain, click Connect a domain.
2. Follow the steps until your domain shows Live.
3. There's nothing else to switch on. Students now stay on your domain throughout.
4. Links you copy to share, such as invites, funnels, offers and products, use your domain too.

Good to know

• This covers checkout (paid or cancelled), sign-up, claiming a free product, invites, the billing portal and sign-out, which now goes to your school's own sign-in page.
• Emails for course access, downloads, invites, lead confirmations, checkout reminders and answered questions link to your domain.
• Links you open for yourself, such as draft previews, stay on the address you're signed in on.
• Your domain needs Pro. On other plans, students use your knola.ai address as before.
