Watch your new lesson video as soon as it's made

You used to wait for a finished video to be prepared for streaming before you could watch it, sometimes 15 minutes or more. Now it plays as soon as it's made, while the versions that play smoothly on any phone finish in the background. You can publish once those are ready.

What’s changed

Before, a video Knola had finished still sat in a streaming queue, and you couldn't watch it until that was done. Now you can watch it the moment it's made, and publish a few minutes later.

Who gets itEvery school

How it works

  1. On a lesson with slides, click Make the video and confirm.
  2. The confirmation tells you when it will be ready to watch.
  3. When it's made, Your video is ready to watch appears with a player.
  4. A few minutes later it says Ready to publish. Click Publish to students.

Good to know

  • Students don't see the new video until you publish it.
  • Price is unchanged: 1 credit per 1,000 characters of new words, and free on your own ElevenLabs voice.
  • This is for videos Knola makes from your slides, not videos you upload.
  • In our test, a one-minute video was ready to watch 67 seconds after the click. A longer script takes longer.
