Your plan, billing and AI credits
See what plan you are on, how many AI credits you have, top up when you run low, and change your card or download invoices.

Your plan
Your plan names your plan and what it includes: courses, students, the fee on sales and AI credits. A lifetime licence (Solo or Studio) is Paid once. No renewals. Knola Pro is "A monthly or yearly subscription", with Manage subscription to change or cancel it. Prices and limits are in Plans & pricing.
AI credits
AI credits pay for the AI that builds your courses: lessons, slides, narrated videos and Studio documents. AI on your pages, funnels and checkout is free, and every button shows its price before you press it.
- Solo comes with 200 AI credits and Studio with 1,000. They are one-time: they do not expire and do not refill.
- Knola Pro gives you 200 AI credits every month. Monthly credits are used first and do not carry over.
Your balance is always at the foot of the sidebar. What used your credits lists your school's last 30 charges.
Top up when you run low
Under Top up, pick a credit pack and click its Buy button. It is one payment. Bought credits never expire, and are used after the rest.
Card and invoices
Under Card and invoices, Open billing takes you to Stripe's secure billing page to change the card Knola charges and download past invoices.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Knola tells you before an action would go over, and offers a credit pack or Knola Pro. Nothing you have already made is affected.
Do teammates have their own credits?
No, they use the school's, up to the limit you set for each person in Team. See How to add your team.
